PAY-AND-SAVE, INC. is seeking a Meat Cutter for the Meat department to support daily operations and maintain quality and safety standards. You will work under the Meat Manager to ensure proper cutting, wrapping, pricing, and display of meat products.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and strong customer service skills to assist shoppers with selections and questions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an apprentice or training program.
• Basic math skills and English literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Wrap, weigh and price meats.
• Rotate perishable inventory as required.
• Follow procedures for receiving, weighing, marking and breaking down meat.
• Ensure proper disposition of damaged or spoiled products.
• Assist in maintaining price books and meat scales.
• Check received meat against invoices and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Meat Manager and provide feedback.
• Maintain department merchandising and restock as needed.
• Assist in training department teammates.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Interact with customers to provide service and information.
