Job summary

Edwards Food Giant & Edwards Cash Saver is seeking a Meat Clerk to maintain a clean, well-stocked pre-packaged meat section and assist customers with meat selections. You will rotate products, stock shelves, and build displays while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

You will also help in the meat prep area as needed, providing excellent service and representing the store with a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery store meat department preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock meat products and build displays as directed.
• Rotate products and maintain clean, presentable cases.
• Assist customers with meat selections and provide guidance on cuts and cooking methods.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in the meat department and prep area.
