Qualifications

• Experience in a meat cutting role or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Safety standards in meat handling required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, trim, and prepare meat according to store standards.
• Stock and merchandize meat items in the cases with accurate labeling.
• Assist customers with special requests and provide advice on cuts.
• Operate meat saws, slicers, grinders, and wrapping machines safely.
• Assist with ordering and stocking pre-packaged meat products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety regulations and OSHA protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Meat Department Supervisor.
