Boarman's Old Fashioned Meat Market in Maryland is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to operate the meat department, trim and prepare standard cuts, and follow in-store merchandising guidelines.

You will drive sales, maintain high quality and sanitation, package and display meat attractively, manage inventory levels, and ensure the cold chain stays intact to protect product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using meat cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join the team at our successful store. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for operating the meat department to the high standards set forth by the company. You will trim and prepare standard cuts of meat as specified in-store guidelines and follow the store's meat merchandising plan. The Meat Cutter's goal is to drive sales within the meat department and maximize profitability.
