Thompsons Custom Meats & Processing in Dublin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our successful store team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the meat department to high standards, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat, and following the merchandising plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience using meat cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat using knives and power equipment.
• Package and display meat in an attractive manner.
• Order inventory and maintain appropriate levels of stock.
• Receive and inspect meat as it arrives to the store.
• Ensure the cold chain is unbroken and meat remains high quality.

Job Summary
