This temporary position offers benefits during the contract period, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (or later). Duties include packing meat, labeling, and rotating across the production line while lifting

Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting and processing to meet quality standards.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (30°F).
• Flexibility to rotate across different areas of the line.

Responsibilities

• Pack meat and pick client orders.
• Pack boxes and label them.
• Tape boxes and seal shipments.
• Rotate across line areas as needed.
• Lift 25–50 lbs.

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Trimmer to join our team in Forest Park. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing a variety of meats to meet high-quality standards. You will work with different cuts, ensuring the meats are prepared according to customer specifications, company standards, and food safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing meat & picking client orders
• Making boxes
• Labeling Taping boxes
• Employees must be flexible to work different areas of the line as they rotate
• Lift 25-50lbs

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work on 30 degree cold environment

Safety Equipment:

hard hat, smock, gloves all provided on site
