Responsibilities

• Cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
• Assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
• Grinding and slicing meat.
• Organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
• Rotating products and maintaining display case cleanliness and proper dating.
• Sanitizing and disinfecting the department twice daily.
• Providing courteous customer service.
• Enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts.
