Three Bears Alaska is seeking a Meat Clerk to support the meat department, assist with packaging, labeling, stocking, and basic production under supervision, while learning to advance to a Meat Cutter.

You will uphold food safety standards, rotate stock, engage customers, and help with front-end duties. This entry-level role offers training, reliable hours, and opportunities for growth in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Formación

• Customer service focus with ability to assist customers and answer questions.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, stocking, grinding, and rotation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper product handling standards.
• Learn department operations and pursue advancement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and assist with product selection.
• Operate wrapping machines, labelers, scales and other department equipment.
• Maintain attractive displays and organized backstock areas.
• Inspect freshness, dating, and saleability; report concerns to leadership.
• Adhere to health code and safety standards; proper storage and temperature control.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and facilities.
• Participate in training and accept coaching to develop skills.
• Support front-end duties and other store departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
