Three Bears Alaska Inc in Ketchikan is seeking a Meat Clerk for our Meat Department. This entry-level, developmental role supports packaging, labeling, grinding, stocking, rotation, and basic production while learning to advance into a Meat Cutter position.

The position emphasizes reliability, customer service, food safety awareness, merchandising standards, and a willingness to learn department operations. Training and opportunities across departments are provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food handling certification required by regulations.
• Previous grocery/retail/food service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Support packaging, labeling, grinding, stocking and rotation.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist with front-end duties and other store departments as needed.
• Provide customer service and merchandising support.
• Learn under department leadership to advance to Meat Cutter.
