Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Backup Blender Operator required.
• 3 years work experience in a USDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with meat blending operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify production menu and determine blending needs.
• Assemble formulation and blending equipment for production.
• Disassemble and sanitize equipment as required.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials.

Skills

Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Computer proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems

Strong basic math skills

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalency
