Job summary

Three Bird Nest is seeking a detail-oriented Measurer & Studio Assistant in Fort Worth, TX to support product preparation, measurement, quality control and daily studio needs. You will measure samples, document specs, maintain tech packs, and ensure products are organized and camera-ready for shoots.

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with merchandising, studio, and content teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience with apparel measurements, sizing, and product specs.
• Highly organized with ability to track many products and deadlines.
• Hands-on in clothing prep for photoshoots.
• Able to identify quality issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborative and able to work with merchandising, studio teams.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Measure apparel samples and record key specifications.
• Document details including measurements, fabrication, color, origin.
• Maintain accurate measurement records and tech packs.
• Perform quality checks on sizing, color, construction, and condition.
• Receive, track, and organize pre-production and sample inventories.
• Prepare products for shoots: steam, rack, stage, tag removal.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Studio Coordinator, and Stylist.
