Qualifications

• Ability to follow documented workflows and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality product images following established studio standards and shot lists.
• Assist with studio setup, lighting adjustments, and equipment preparation.
• Prepare products for photography, including styling, steaming, cleaning, and positioning.
• Execute consistent framing, composition, focus, exposure, and color.
• Follow established naming conventions and file organization procedures.
• Perform basic color correction and image review.
• Export and deliver image files according to production requirements.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output expectations.
• Support the capture of multiple shot types, including product, detail, overhead, and lifestyle imagery.
• Assist with set changes and the movement of merchandise.
• Identify image quality issues and elevate when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with studio strobe lighting
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One
• Product photography or e-commerce experience
• Knowledge of color management and basic retouching
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment
