Watchfinder & Co. US in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an Operations Assistant to support logistics, stock control, and packaging workflows in our US hub. You will handle package reception, packing, product photography for online publishing, and daily inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on their feet for full shifts. Proficiency with Excel is a plus; training provided; salary negotiable based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Able to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receiving packages and checking for accuracy.
• Unpacking and packing of parcels.
• Picking and filing of product and boxes.
• Photography of product for online publishing.
• Assist with inventory control processes (daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements).
• Maintain inventory of presentation boxes in Excel.
