Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator in Dallas/Ft. Worth to support photography, ecommerce merchandising and visual teams.

You will manage samples, logs, tagging, storage, and check-out and return processes to keep projects on schedule. Role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of retail experience; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Manage samples for photography, ecommerce merchandising and visual teams.
• Receives, logs, tags and stores all incoming vendor and product samples; maintains an organized sample room and library.
• Maintains the sample tracking log and database, recording details, location and status.
• Manages sample check-out and return for Buyers, Product Merchandisers and Visual Merchandising team; follows up on outstanding samples.
• Prepares and stages samples for photography, line reviews and marketing shoots; coordinates hand-off of samples and related assets.
• Manages lifecycle and disposition of samples, including returns, archiving, sales or donations, and end-of-season purging.
