  • Compare samples against vendor information, images, and expected product specifications.
  • Take consistent reference photos of products when needed and maintain organized product documentation.
  • Help maintain product setup files with accurate sizing, color, pricing, and product attribute information.

  • Receive, track, and organize incoming pre-production, capsule, and Top of Production samples.
  • Conduct quality checks for sizing, measurements, color, construction, and overall product condition.
  • Compare approved samples against final specifications to identify potential quality issues.
  • Track samples throughout the review, approval, shoot, and return process.
  • Monitor product status and alert the team to missing samples, delays, quality concerns, or other issues that could impact production or shoot schedules.
  • Help coordinate sample shipments and returns as needed.
  • Maintain an organized sample inventory so products can be quickly located and moved through the production process.

Role Details: This is an in-studio position based in Fort Worth, Texas, with flexibility to travel to our distribution center in Lewisville as needed. This role works closely with our Merchandising Team, Studio Coordinator & Content Creator, and Photo + Video Stylist, helping bridge the gap between products arriving at the studio and those products being ready for photography, video, and customer-facing product setup.

The role requires the ability to lift and move boxes, clothing racks, and product samples as needed, including boxes weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.

Physical & Onsite Requirements:

  • This is an in-person role with regular work in a photo and video studio and warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to remain active and on your feet for extended periods during shoot and production days.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move boxes, clothing racks, props, products, and other studio materials as needed, up to approximately 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable with hands-on tasks including steaming, hanging, racking, organizing, staging, and moving apparel and studio materials.
  • Some off-site work may be required for photoshoots, events, or other brand activities.

What Success Looks Like

The right person will help make sure every product reaches the studio accurately measured, properly documented, quality checked, organized, and ready to shoot.

Measurements are reliable. Samples are easy to find. Quality issues are caught early. Products are steamed, organized, and waiting when the creative team needs them.

You'll help create a smoother handoff between Merchandising and the Studio so the team can spend less time searching, prepping, and troubleshooting—and more time creating great photography and content.
