Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and success in quantitative courses or programming/development.
• Familiarity with psychometric principles and theory in item/test analysis.
• Experience with data structures and office software including SAS or Python.
• Knowledge of software languages such as C#, R, or Java.
• Experience with software development discipline and version control.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and follows best practices.
• Under supervision, analyzes data with exploratory techniques and statistics.
• Executes and debugs existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Works with various data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluates data suitability and analysis outcomes for usability.
• Prepares and manages data for internal use and deliverables.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and technology staff.
• Learns and applies AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Meets schedules and works independently, sometimes under pressure.
• Travel may be needed up to 5% with advance scheduling.
