Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Measurement to support large-scale assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. The role emphasizes data analysis, statistical methods, and collaboration with psychometric leads and experts.

Experience with SAS or Python and familiarity with data structures are valued. The position offers remote work with potential travel up to 5% and eligibility for Pearson’s annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with evidence of success in quantitative courses or software development courses.
• Experience with data analysis methods relevant to psychometrics is a plus.
• Familiarity with data structures and office software.

Responsabilités

• Take direction from psychometric leads and follow departmental best practices.
• Conduct analyses using exploratory techniques such as data mining, data summarization, and statistics.
• Execute and debug existing analysis tools according to specifications.
• Work with various data structures and moderately complex files.
• Prepare, format, and manage data for internal groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology staff to fulfill contract deliverables.
