Pearson Advanced Associates provide data analysis support to deliver large-scale custom assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. Working under psychometric leads, you will perform analyses, prepare data, and collaborate with experts to fulfill contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or software-related coursework.
• Direct experience with item/test analysis or large-scale data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAS or Python for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform exploratory data analyses and statistics.
• Execute and debug existing data analysis tools per specs.
• Prepare data for internal stakeholders and collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Demonstrate openness to AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Meet schedules while working independently, including travel up to 5%.
