Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate in Measurement to provide data analysis support for large-scale assessment programs. You will work with psychometric leads to analyze data, prepare results, and collaborate across teams in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have strong quantitative skills, familiarity with SAS/Python, and the ability to handle ambiguity while delivering on contract deliverables. Travel may be up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and success in quantitative courses or software courses.
• Direct experience or coursework in large-scale data analysis and psychometrics.
• Experience with data structures and software tools including SAS or Python; MS Word/Excel/CoPilot/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and adheres to best practices.
• Performs exploratory data analyses, data mining, and statistics under supervision.
• Executes and debugs existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Follows software development discipline in projects.
• Works with diverse data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluates data suitability and outcome usability for project aims.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and tech staff to fulfill deliverables.
