Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent coursework in statistics or software development.
• Direct experience with item/test analysis or large-scale data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with statistical analysis platforms (SAS, Python) or structured programming languages is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Copilot, SharePoint) and handling diverse data files.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from psychometric leads and follow departmental best practices.
• Conduct analyses using exploratory techniques and statistics under supervision.
• Debug and execute existing analytic tools and contribute to software development discipline.
• Prepare and manage data for internal use and collaborate with subject matter experts.
