Job summary
Maxim Healthcare in the United States is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and related developmental differences. You will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, implementing treatment plans under the guidance of BCBAs.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a related role (Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, etc.) may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
- Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
- Support positive behavior development.
- Record session data and client progress.
