Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and helping develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Competitive hourly pay, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing BCBA support are offered to qualify for the role. Travel between client locations may be required and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress
• Create engaging and structured learning environments
