Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field preferred
• At least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA-related role preferred

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
