Job summary

Aging & In Services, Inc. seeks a Nutrition Inventory & Delivery Coordinator to support Home-Delivered Meal operations across a nine-county service area.

The role focuses on coordinating daily routes, pulling inventory from freezer/cooler, and ensuring accurate meal distribution to drivers and sites. Responsibilities include maintaining the walk-in freezer, ordering and reconciling inventory, coordinating vehicle service, and providing backup coverage for site coordinators and nutrition staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or GED; two years of related experience and/or training in direct service preferred.
• Effective communicator; dependable; able to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Driving record must meet requirements of company insurer to operate company-owned vehicle.
• Must possess and provide annually valid driver's license and documentation of current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily distribution of HDM meals by assisting HDM drivers and routes.
• Pull inventory by route from freezer/cooler and pack refrigerated vehicles.
• Maintain organization and safety of the Nutrition walk-in freezer and verify meal orders.
• Coordinate vehicle service/repair needs to supervisor and Facilities Manager.
• Support off-site nutrition programs, congregate and voucher offerings at sites in nine counties.
• Serve as liaison between main office and off-site locations and support data entry activities.
• Train as Nutrition Driver, Nutrition Admin Coordinator, and backup Site Coordinator as needed.
