Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a first-line sales manager based in Dubai to scale new business revenue across startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. You will coach Account Executives, collaborate with SalesOps and Marketing, and help hire and ramp AEs to meet ambitious targets.

You will define go-to-market strategies, drive brand awareness, and foster regional partnerships to accelerate growth and attach rates for Cloudflare One products.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• At least 15 years of overall sales experience, with 10+ years in startups across MEA.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to hit quarterly and annual quotas.
• Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance on pipeline development.
• Source, interview, and recruit top sales talent for the region.
