Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead in the Washington, DC area to manage a complex intelligence contract. You will supervise employees and subcontractors, oversee staffing, LOE, and cost reports, and ensure high-quality performance.

You will collaborate with the COTR to define requirements, develop deliverables, and set expectations while guiding the analyst team through IA, tradecraft standards, and operational modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 16 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis.
• 10+ years supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs.
• 3 years leading or supervising teams of intelligence analysts.
• Expert knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic standards.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into intelligence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing, financial oversight, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders to maintain baselines and deliverables.
• Develop staffing plans and administer workload distribution.
• Recruit, interview and hire personnel as needed.
• Assign work and provide technical guidance; review deliverables.
• Monitor contract funding, prepare financial forecasts, and ensure compliance.
