Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Data Integration Team Lead to manage staffing, finances, and program reporting for a major defense/intelligence contract. You will oversee a team of intelligence professionals and subcontractors, mentor staff, and ensure production quality and timeliness.

The role requires overseeing technical, cost, and schedule baselines with the customer and advancing AI-enabled analytics, including LLM-driven summarization and document processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Active TS/SCI with Poly

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing and financial management
• Oversee employees and subcontractors, set workload and mentor team
• Interface with COTR and senior stakeholders to maintain baselines and deliverables
• Define tasks with the customer and ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance
