Job summary

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with analytic methodologies and tradecraft within the intelligence cycle.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to address diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze collections data, set analytic priorities, and assess progress against strategies.
• Facilitate interagency groups to develop collection strategies and enhance that collection.
• Produce background papers and talking points in support of collection targets and priorities.
• Identify knowledge gaps and support strategy development to close them.
• Ensure all products meet customer and community standards; maintain quality per leadership guidance.
• Support implementation of corrective actions and assist in improving customer tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance capabilities and close gaps in operations.
