Job summary

Lyte Fiber LLC seeks a Manager, MDU Sales to drive multifamily growth across Texas and beyond. You will prospect, engage property owners/management, negotiate terms, and close new MDU deals, while guiding a growing team and coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.

The role blends hands-on selling with leadership, requiring strong negotiation, relationship-building, and field execution across a broad territory. Houston-based with regular travel.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B, multifamily, property-related, or outside sales experience.
• Experience prospecting decision-makers, negotiating, and closing complex opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems, forecasting, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect multifamily communities across Lyte Fiber's footprint.
• Lead discovery meetings, negotiate terms, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Own the MDU pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for launch readiness and execution.
