Job summary

UniTek Global Services, Inc. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an MDU Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple installation and service crews serving multi-dwelling properties.

You will lead safety programs, drive on-time project delivery, manage production and billing records, and collaborate with customers to meet service expectations while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber optic, or cable industry.
• Minimum of two years leading field operations or installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic and coaxial network infrastructure.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to address service issues and escalated matters.
• Ensure work complies with policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and regulations.
• Review and approve production reports, billing, and project records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, direct, and support multiple installation and service crews across projects.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.
