Job summary

Zentro Internet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead MDU project initiatives from initiation to completion. You will manage up to 50 projects nationwide, coordinate resources, and drive on-time installations while maintaining client expectations.

Based in Chicago or Los Angeles (Hybrid), you will report to the PMO Manager and collaborate with Construction Managers, Project Developers, and property teams to ensure measurable progress and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
• Telecommunications experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional stakeholder and end-user communication
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, prioritize competing deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Sonar, ZOHO Projects, and Acumatica strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 50 projects simultaneously, with multiple deliverables and deadlines nationwide
• Ensure timely service installation by driving project activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed-upon SLAs
• Work directly with Construction Managers and make timely, informed decisions when project conditions change to meet deadlines
• Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, ensure BOMs are accurately entered, and coordinate equipment requests
• Create and maintain accurate project plans and schedules, ensuring labor hours and resources are managed efficiently
• Track and report on project status and milestones as requested
