Job summary

Spectrum is hiring to acquire new residential customers through door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 doors or fewer. You will use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ years of sales or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Support customer experience and simplify interactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Document sales activities and provide receipts per policy.
