Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and data networking fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Actively engage potential customers in non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors via door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding Spectrum services within properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints per policy and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities, pricing, offers; report changes to supervisor.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learnings to improve results.
• Accurately complete documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions and sales orders.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per policy.
