• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to company policy and ensure issues are resolved.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs; apply learning to improve results.
• Accurately complete documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and reporting.
