Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
• 7 years of experience in marketing, including leadership roles and managing teams
• 3 years of experience in MDU or SMB marketing, or Commercial telecom/tech
• Experience developing and implementing marketing plans in apartment or large-scale real estate, commercial development, or B2B tech
• Proven track record of high-impact marketing exceeding goals

Responsabilités

• Develop market positioning and go-to-market strategies for MDU/SMB/commercial segments to drive subscriber growth
• Partner with product, sales, digital, operations, and finance to align goals and scale services
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Identify opportunities in MDU residential and B2B marketing and design lifecycle programs
• Monitor KPIs and optimize marketing strategies for future planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute enterprise acquisition and growth initiatives
