Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN seeks a part-time MDS Nurse to lead nursing staff in resident care and MDS assessment. This role supports the care plan through RN supervision, on-site coordination, and collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team. 24 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• RN delivers direct care with nursing process and coordinates resident plans of care.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
• Experience in long-term care and RAC-CT certification preferred.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate care plans and admissions.
• Ensure ongoing quality of life and adherence to standards of practice.
