Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking an RN to serve as an MDS Nurse on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). The role includes coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument process and leading nursing staff to maintain individualized care plans for residents.

Requirements include an active RN license, 1+ year geriatric experience, and preferred RAC-CT or supervisory experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience as licensed nurse with senior population preferred; RAC-CT/management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of nursing staff caring for residents.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Assess and update resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and ensure safe, quality nursing services on the floor.
