Job summary

Good Samaritan, Brainerd, MN, is seeking a Part-time MDS Nurse to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument process and supervise nursing staff. You will coordinate care plans, evaluate resident needs, and ensure high-quality life outcomes.

The role requires an RN license and experience with seniors, with RAC-CT certification preferred. The position is 24 hours per week, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with RN on-call rotation every 4th week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of licensed nursing experience with seniors preferred.
• RAC-CT or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident assessment process and coordinate care plans.
• Direct nursing staff and supervise licensed/unlicensed personnel.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality of life.
• Utilize nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
