Good Samaritan is seeking a Part-time MDS Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care for residents in Brainerd, MN. You will evaluate plans of care, supervise nursing staff, and drive the RAI process to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role requires an RN license (state-specific), with possible multistate licensure, and RAC-CT certification or supervisory experience preferred. 8a-4:30p shifts and 24 hours/week offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN- or AACN-accredited nursing program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse with seniors preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure accepted in NLC states.
• RAC-CT certification and management/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate nursing staff in resident care plans.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Assess and evaluate care; ensure care plans are current and resident quality of life is optimized.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues; delegate as charge nurse.
