Job summary

Jaffrey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a qualified RN with MDS experience to lead accurate assessments and care plans for residents. You will initiate care plans, support calendars, and ensure timely updates across all records in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring & auditing clinical records, ensuring accuracy & timeliness.

• Protecting the confidentiality of Resident & Facility information at all times.
