Regency at Troy is seeking an MDS Nurse to facilitate accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the MDS, CAAs, and care planning, in line with federal and state regulations. This role ensures assessments reflect residents’ clinical status and supports individualized care planning.

Qualifications

• Prior MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and CAAs and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of the RAI process, PPS and Case Mix systems strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.
• RN license preferred with one year experience and excellent assessment skills.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
