Zusammenfassung

Ciena Healthcare is seeking an RN with MDS/RAI experience for the Regency at Lansing West facility. The MDS Nurse will assist with accurate, timely MDS/RAI completion, CAAs, and care planning documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Candidates should have RN licensure, CPR certification, and a proven ability to lead and work independently while ensuring quality assessments for residents and individualized care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Prior MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including PPS and Case Mix systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.

• Assist with accurate and timely completion of MDS, including MDS and CAAs.
• Support care planning and documentation per regulations.
• Ensure assessments reflect residents' clinical status.
