Ciena Healthcare’s Fenton facility seeks an MDS Nurse to ensure accurate, timely MDS/RAI completion and to support CAAs, care planning and documentation in line with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, PPS and Case Mix systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.

• Assist with accurate and timely completion of the MDS and related assessments.
• Support care planning and documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure assessments reflect residents' clinical status and guide individualized care planning.
