Job summary

Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab in Detroit, MI seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the RAI process and ensure timely, accurate documentation. You will manage MDS CAAs and interdisciplinary care plans while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license active in Michigan; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the RAI process for timely completion of the MDS CAAs and care plans.
• Enter data related to the RAI into the electronic record-keeping system.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to RAI.
• Refer findings of incomplete documentation to the Administrator and ensure timely compliance.
