Qualifications

• RN license required or preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate and timely completion of the MDS and RAI processes.
• Support care planning and documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations.
