Priority Management in Jennings, LA is seeking a qualified LPN or RN to manage MDS and care processes from admission to discharge. You will ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and contribute to high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong knowledge of rehabilitative nursing, managed care rules, and the ability to coordinate care plans with the clinical team. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LA LPN or RN license.
• One year MDS experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of both the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy and procedures, and Federal, State and Certification guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate- Minimum Data Set, discharge and admission tracking, etc. With direction from the VP of Clinical Reimbursement, may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in LA state.
• One (1) year MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must have a working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
