Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks an MDS/RAI-focused nurse for Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, TX. You will ensure timely RAI processing and care management from admission to discharge, adhering to federal, state, and facility guidelines.

Under the direction of the VP of Clinical Reimbursement, you will coordinate information systems support for the clinical team and contribute to high-quality patient care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered TX license (LPN or RN).
• Three (3) years' MDS experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs and policies for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge in accordance with policy and procedures, and State/Federal guidelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in TX state.
