Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an MDS Nurse (LPN/RN) at Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa, LA. The role covers RAI and care management from admission to discharge in line with policy and regulatory guidelines.

Three years of MDS experience preferred; strong understanding of rehabilitative care and managed care rules is required. This is an on-site position with a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in LA state.
• Three (3) years’ MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must have a working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
