Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to assess resident needs and schedule MDS assessments and care plan reviews.
• Guide decisions on MDS completion based on clinical criteria per the RAI User’s Manual.
• Assist with coordination of daily stand-up meetings and review of resident care.
