Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our Mansfield, TX team. You will oversee timely completion of the RAI and care management processes from admission to discharge, following policy, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have TX licensure, at least 3 years of MDS experience in a nursing facility, training in rehabilitative nursing, and familiarity with managed care rules.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as LPN/LVN or RN in Texas.
• Three years’ MDS experience in a nursing facility.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs and procedures for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process from admission to discharge per guidelines.
• Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under the VP of Clinical Reimbursement.
• Ensure care plans align with regulatory requirements and company policy.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of both the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy and procedures, and Federal, State and Certification guidelines, and all other entities as appropriate- Minimum Data Set, discharge and admission tracking, etc. With direction from the VP of Clinical Reimbursement, may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVNor RN in this state.
• Three (3) years’ MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must have a working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
